Everest is a striking black silver shaded male from our Giants of the Wild Litter, born on May 11, 2026, to Athena and Casper.
Living up to his name, Everest is a big boy with substantial bone, a broad frame, and a beautiful black silver shaded coat. He is developing a particularly pretty head shape along with a lovely collar and mane that are really beginning to give him that unmistakable Maine Coon look.
Everest has two speeds: on the move or completely asleep — there is absolutely no in between! When he’s awake, he loves to pounce, rough play, and throw himself wholeheartedly into whatever game is happening.
One of his favorite pastimes is playing “hockey.” He’ll happily bat his toys around by himself or get his brother involved in a game, but Everest apparently has his own interpretation of the rules. When things get a little too competitive, he simply takes the puck and leaves. After all, as far as Everest is concerned, he owns the toys!
Behind all that big-boy bravado is a wonderfully loving and easy-going Maine Coon. He enjoys his people just as much as his adventures, and once he has finally worn himself out, he’s more than happy to settle down and enjoy some affection.
As Everest continues to mature, he is displaying strong structure, balanced features, and a sweet expression. While no breeder can predict exactly how a kitten will develop, he is showing wonderful potential to mature into a large, impressive Maine Coon with the gentle, affectionate temperament the breed is so well known for.
